At Simply Rhino South Africa (“Simply Rhino SA”), we are committed to supplying genuine Rhino software, plug-ins, and expert support to our customers throughout South Africa and the broader African region. As the official supplier for all products listed on our website, we uphold the highest standards of service and product authenticity.
While we hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that returns or issues may sometimes arise. Please read our policy below to understand your options.
1. Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-arranged and authorized. Please email your return request to [email protected] before sending anything back.
No item will be accepted for return without an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Faulty Goods
If your product is found to be faulty within 7 days of delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or alternative remedy.

For software and licenses, we will attempt to resolve the issue directly or may refer you to the manufacturer or software provider for the fastest solution.

If a fault arises after 7 days, we will connect you with the manufacturer’s warranty and support process.
3. Non-Faulty Goods (Change of Mind)
Refunds or credit on non-faulty items are at our discretion and may be considered within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Returned items must be unused, as new, and in original packaging.

A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.

Goods returned in incomplete, damaged, or missing parts may result in a deduction from any refund.
4. Digital Products & Software Licenses
For software or licenses delivered electronically (by email or download), returns are not possible once a license key has been issued or activated, in accordance with industry standards and South African e-commerce law.

5. Return Costs
All costs related to the safe return and insurance of items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault.

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
If you find any damage or missing items, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. Legal Compliance
Our policy is in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
